Bonus Terms Explained in Plain English

Wagering / Rollover Requirement
The number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 10x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before cashing out. X15 = PKR 15,000 in bets; X20 = PKR 20,000 in bets.
Example: Receive a PKR 2,000 bonus with 15x rollover → You need to wager PKR 30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While playing with active bonus funds, there is usually a per-bet cap — typically between PKR 250 and PKR 500. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active can void the bonus entirely, regardless of how much you have already wagered.
Example: If max bet is PKR 300 during bonus play and you place a PKR 1,000 bet, the bonus may be cancelled even if you win that round.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a rollover requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every PKR 100 bet on slots counts as PKR 100 toward rollover. Table games like blackjack or baccarat usually contribute only 10–20%.
Example: PKR 1,000 wagered on slots = PKR 1,000 rollover progress. PKR 1,000 wagered on roulette = only PKR 100–200 rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry Window
Every bonus has a time limit. Common windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of claiming. If you do not complete the rollover within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Example: Claim a bonus on Monday with a 7-day expiry — you must complete all wagering by the following Sunday or the bonus is removed from your account.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a permanent balance top-up but can never be withdrawn directly — only the winnings you generate from it are cashable. A non-sticky bonus is deducted from your balance once rollover is complete, but the net winnings are fully yours to keep.
Example: Win PKR 5,000 from a sticky PKR 1,000 bonus → You withdraw PKR 4,000 (winnings only). Non-sticky: the PKR 1,000 bonus is removed, PKR 5,000 in winnings is fully withdrawable.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Even after completing rollover, some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. A PKR 5,000 max cash-out means that no matter how much you won using bonus funds, only PKR 5,000 will be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
Example: Generate PKR 20,000 in winnings from a welcome bonus with a PKR 5,000 cash-out cap → Only PKR 5,000 is available for withdrawal from that bonus round.
