9ppp Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "9ppp", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 9ppp online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming license and accessible at 9ppp.club.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 9ppp platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the 9ppp website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services and features.

• "Wallet Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's 9ppp account at any given time.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal is processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the 9ppp platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9ppp. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

9ppp reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and use the 9ppp platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older. 21+
• You are registering voluntarily as a private individual and not as a representative of any commercial or professional entity for commercial gain.
• You are not residing in or accessing 9ppp from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly unlawful.
• You do not have an existing 9ppp account that has been suspended or permanently closed due to a terms violation.
• You have not been excluded from gambling platforms through any self-exclusion programme you have previously registered for.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

9ppp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of account activity including withdrawals.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 9ppp platform only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, 9ppp reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Void all bets, game results, and bonus winnings generated across those accounts.
• Permanently close all associated accounts and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username, password, and any OTP codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

9ppp will never contact you via any channel to request your password or OTP. Any message requesting these details should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 9ppp support immediately.

9ppp accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT TRC20, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the platform.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A Player must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated on the platform's cashier page.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are generally processed within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• 9ppp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

9ppp does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, network fees applicable to USDT TRC20 and BTC transactions are borne by the Player and are deducted at the blockchain level.

9ppp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses not used or wagered within this window will be automatically forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus balance remains active in your account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time.

9ppp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting with the intent to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.

All bets placed on the 9ppp sportsbook and all game rounds played in the 9ppp casino are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for confirming bet details — including stake, odds, and selection — before confirming any wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet, 9ppp reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet balance. In cases where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win that would not have occurred under normal system operation, 9ppp is not liable to honour that result.

• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game and betting market are displayed within the game or market interface.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change prior to the confirmation of a bet. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• 9ppp reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event at its sole discretion.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages are published within each game's information panel.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9ppp platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with no genuine intent to gamble.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to manipulate game outcomes, place bets, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game results or sports betting outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to abuse 9ppp's bonus or promotions system.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your 9ppp account by any third party.
• Making any form of chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used on the platform.

9ppp employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management systems. Patterns of play, deposit behaviour, and account activity are monitored continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, 9ppp may place a temporary hold on withdrawals and request additional verification documents before any account action is taken.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 9ppp:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ppp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or maintenance windows affecting gameplay or bet placement.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or blockchain network congestion.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by 9ppp in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

The 9ppp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

9ppp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

By registering on 9ppp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 9ppp holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game round, or transaction, Players must submit a formal complaint to 9ppp support within 30 days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this window may not be investigated. 9ppp will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

9ppp's decision on any dispute, once communicated in writing, is final and binding. Players who remain unsatisfied following the internal dispute resolution process may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 9ppp's international gaming license.
